Dual Element

AptiFlow, the Averaging Pitot Tube for Industrial Flow Measurement  comes in a variety of probe diameters and lengths, as you would expect, but now a dual probe version has been tested and manufactured at Endress+Hauser’s productions facilities in Manchester.

The design satisfies two needs:

Redundancy : two systems measuring the same parameter providing immediate cover should one of the systems fail.

Verification : two systems measuring the same parameter allowing direct comparison in order to verify each other.
